Now, that TITLE there dont's to have nothing meaning anything with that pict there at the right... and SHE knows it. Neither doth SIR DaVinci know the meaning of life through this pack of pent up hostilities and nerves. Any true artist of the designerly sort can tell us that. Me too.
As a portrait artist with a flamblam for profile study (funnest, easiest way to render a likeness through study of form and proportion)...THIS lil gal (image: upper right of this blog) was not happy to be sitting too idly for too long. She beez a princess all right. But not happy to pose for any old artist that wasn't quick enough to let her out 'to play' as promise for just holding still another minute longer in order to catch a required 'glimpse' of the heartl inside.
And to render a front loader face at ANY level for gift, charm or pay...was at the time not a wise attempt...for the fool would be any artist debunch a character. The little known insult to be fashion'd at the artists full front would jeopardize any civility and harm the understanding of purity as having been provided for quite against any such skullDuggerry.
DaVinci wasNOT a routine back street ScamSeeking artist. He drew with dignity and professional courtesy at the highest levels of decorum where religious propriety and pious person marshalled all to know HOW not to draw one too young-- being overly suggestive of too much contact with a youthful face too early on was perhaps the loss of one's highly favoured career.
Hence to include some other exuberances with youthings, mom and daughter that please the eye to gladden the heart then...realizing someone too late that
children have always provided us with entertaining relief from the stresses of the day... but precisely for the fact that we always gave them the attention/training they willed for gathering and applying to charm us for more of the same. We will renig on that for it ultimately usurps them from learning how and what it was that THEY themselves brought to the forefront that would encourage them to remain at life's levels for adventurosity.
